Easy 2 sets | Intermediate 3 sets | Advanced 4 sets * Lateral Raise (20 sec/reps) * Biceps Curl (20 sec/reps) * Tricep Kick Back (20 sec/reps each side) * Lunges (20 sec/reps each leg)  You can also add to the difficulty by using heavier cans, ½ gallon or 1 gallon milk jugs, or increasing the weight with another easy-to-hold object!'
